• Ownership and Responsibility: You represent that You own or have the necessary rights to any content You submit. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of Your submissions.
• No Obligation to Publish: The Company is under no obligation to post, use, or respond to any content submitted by You.
Intellectual Property

Advertiser Terms
• Right to Reject or Remove: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, cancel, or remove any advertisement or sponsored content (including but not limited to "Featured Business Articles") for any reason, including content that is inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of our brand standards.
• Featured Business Articles: For articles created by the Company on behalf of a business ("Featured Business Articles"), the Company retains final editorial approval. While the Advertiser may provide input, the Company ensures the content aligns with our editorial guidelines and maintains transparency with our readers.
• No Endorsement: The publication of any advertisement or Featured Business Article does not constitute an endorsement by the Company of the product or service being advertised.
• Payment: Advertisers agree to pay all fees associated with their selected advertising package in accordance with the billing terms provided at the time of purchase.

The Company’s entire liability for any errors or omissions in an advertisement or Featured Business Article shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Advertiser for that specific advertisement. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages (including loss of profits) arising from such errors.
Your Feedback to Us
You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify, and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and regarding the Service or Publications, and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of privacy), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
